ملخص
لا يختلف المنصفون حول الاعتراف بقوة وروعة وسموّ الأدب اللبناني بشقيه الشعري والنثري، ولا يُنِكر فضل أدبائه الكبار أمثال جبران خليل جبران، وإيليا أبي ماضي، وميخائيل نعيمة، وأمين الريحاني، ومي زيادة، وغيرهم كثير إلا من كان يسكن في قلبه الغل والحقد والحسد، وهي الأمراض النفسية التي طالما حاربها هؤلاء بأقلامهم وأعمالهم الجليلة في شتى المواطن التي وطأتها أقدامهم، وقد ذكر الأديب جورج صيدح في كتابه النفيس أدبنا وأدباؤنا في المهاجر الأمريكية جملة من هؤلاء الأفاضل الأعلام ومشاركاتهم الفعالة في إيصال الرسالة الإنسانية والقومية والاجتماعية واللغوية والعربية المحلية إلى مختلف الأصقاع في القارة الأمريكية في نيويورك وسان باولو والبرازيل والأرجنتين والمكسيك وفنزويلا والإكوادور… وغيرها من الدول والمناطق التي وصل إليها صوت الأدب اللبناني الملتزم بهويته والمتمسك بجذوره القومية، وأصوله العربية، والمفتخر بانتمائه لبلاد الأرز الشامخة، وعلمها.
لقد أدّى هؤلاء الأفذاذ رسالتهم الأدبية في الداخل والخارج، تعزيزا لمكانة وطنهم، وترسيخا لقيم وثوابت بلدهم المفدّى، ونشرا للثقافة اللبنانية الثابتة الأصيلة، فما هي أهم المجالات التي اتضحت وبرزت فيها عطاءات الأدب اللبناني في تعزيز اللحمة الوطنية ونشر الثقافة اللبنانية؟ وما هي أهم السبل التي يجب أن نسلكها تدعيما ومواصلة لرسالة هؤلاء الأدباء الوطنيين الأخيار الذين أدّوا واجبهم على الرغم من قلّة ذات اليد، وصعوبة تحصيل العيش السعيد؟ هذا ما ستحاول الورقة البحثية الإجابة عليه، إن شاء الله تعالى.

There is no disagreement among the just about the power, splendor, and highness of Lebanese literature in both its poetic and narrative aspects. They also do not neglect the contribution of the great writers like Gibran Khalil Gibran, Elia Abi Madi, Mikhail Naimy, Amin Al Rihani, May Ziade, and many others, except the ones whose hearts were filled with malice, hate, and greed. The latter are the psychiatric illnesses that the great Lebanese writers have long fought with their pens and their works, in the various regions they have set foot in. Author Georges Saydah mentioned in his book, “Al Nafis Adabouna Wa Oudaba’ouna Fi Al Mahajer al Amerikiya”, a sentence said by those distinguished writers and their significant contribution to delivering the humanitarian, national, social, linguistic, and local Arab message to different regions in the American continent – New York, San Paulo, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Venezuela, Ecuador and others. Those regions have discovered Lebanese literature, committed to its identity and its national roots, its Arab origins, and proud of its belonging to the land of Cedars and its knowledge. Those writers have delivered their message locally and abroad, strengthening their country’s position, enrooting values and the fundamentals of their beloved country, and spreading the authentic Lebanese culture. Then what are the most important fields that were highlighted in the works of Lebanese literature aiming to reinforce national cohesion and spread Lebanese culture? And what are the most important methods to adapt in order to encourage and deliver the message of these writers who worked regardless of the difficulty to live in prosperity? This is what this research aims to find answers to.
