ملخص
من أهم أدوار مهنة الإدارة في المجتمع المساهمة في إشباع حاجاته وحل مشكلاته وتدعيم المجتمع والمحافظة علي استقراره وتحقيق التغيير المطلوب.. أيضا من مسؤوليات مهنة الإدارة المساهمة في إعادة بناء الثقافة الوطنية حتي تتصف بمزيد من الأصالة والوطنية والشعبية، وتدعيم القيم والأخلاقيات ووضع قواعد ومعايير السلوك للشعب. بل إن الإدارة عندما تلتزم القيم والأخلاقيات، فإن ذلك بلا شك يساهم في التزام المجتمع القيم والأخلاقيات، وبالتالي هذا يصب بدوره في إعادة بناء الثقافة الوطنية. أيضا يمكن للإدارة المساهمة في إعادة بناء الثقافة الوطنية من اهتمامها بتدريب وتنمية الموارد البشرية واكسابها القيم والأخلاقيات والمعارف والمهارات المطلوبة التي تحافظ على الثقافة الوطنية وتحسينها وتعزيزها وتطوير مختلف جوانبها.
والبحث الحالي يهدف إلى توضيح دور مهنة الإدارة في إعادة بناء الثقافة الوطنية، ويلقي الضوء على مفهوم كل من الثقافة الوطنية والإدارة، ويحدد خصائص ثقافتنا الجديدة وسماتها المختلفة والتي تتمحور حول ثقافات مختلفة منها ثقافة الاحتياجات، والثقافة العلمية المتخصصة، والثقافة للإنتاج، والثقافة كرأس مال فكري، وثقافة الرقمنة والتسويق الثقافي.

One of the most important roles of the management profession in society is to contribute to satisfying its needs, solve its problems, support the community, maintain its stability and achieve the required change. Added to this, the responsibilities of the management profession to contribute to rebuild the national culture by strengthening patriotism, values and ethics, and by setting rules and standards of behavior.
Rather, when management adheres to values and ethics, this undoubtedly contributes to society’s commitment to values and ethics and thus this, in turn, feeds into rebuilding the national culture. Also, management can contribute to rebuilding the national culture from its interest in training and developing human resources and giving it the values, ethics, knowledge and skills required to preserve, improve, enhance and develop the national culture.
This descriptive and analytical research aimed to present, clarify, and analyze how the management profession can play a role in rebuilding the national culture.
The study findings indicate that to preserve our cultural identity we need to follow the framework of applied science and reduce the theories and non-productive philosophical etiquette, i.e. rebuilding them to keep pace with the changes of the age, the most important of which are production technology, information and communication technology, digitization, and others.
