ملخص
إنّ علم الإنسان مؤهّل أكثر من غيره في إحداث مقاربة يمكن أن تكشف طبيعة العلاقات الاجتماعيّة للأسر المتجاورة في أحياء مدينة الشامية التابعة لمحافظة القادسية في العراق ذات التاريخ القديم والمعاصر، نظرًا إلى موقعها الإستراتيجي على الطريق العام الرابط بين محافظتي النجف والقادسية التاريخيّتين، ويجمع سكانها التاريخ المشترك والدين والعادات والتقاليد التي نسجتها العشائر في خيوط من أنساق القرابة والجماعة لتحديد مجال الانتماء السكني عبر التضامن الجماعي، أي إنّها صيرورة تاريخية ثقافية متباينة في نسيجها العمراني. إنّ هدف البحث كشف طبيعة علاقات الجيرة في المدينة ضمن إطار الأنثروبولوجيا الحضرية وفق عيّنة قصدية من أرباب الأسر مكوّنة من 150 فردًا من مجتمع البحث البالغ عدد مساكنهم 1500 مسكنًا في حيّ العسكري الغربي الواقع في أطراف مدينة الشامية، اعتمادًا على المنهج الأنثروبولوجي وأدواته وتقنياته المناسبة: المقابلة، الملاحظة والمُخبرين.
توصّل البحث إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات منها: أنّ العالم الافتراضي وجائحة كورونا غيّرا حياة المجتمع موضوع البحث تغيّرًا جذريًّا في بعض الجوانب، فتبدّلت علاقات الجيرة الحميمة والتواصل الدائم وتبادل الزيارات، وقادت إلى عدد من التوصيات، أهمّها: ضرورة مراعاة الخلفيّات الثقافيّة للسكان من قبل الدولة قبل توزيع الأراضي السكنيّة على الساكنين الجدد.

Anthropology, as an approach, reveals the nature of the social relations of neighboring families in modern residential neighborhoods. It stands, thus, as the proper approach to examine the city of Al-Shamiya in Al-Qadisiyah Governorate in Iraq, which is deeply rooted in ancient and contemporary history due to its strategic location in the main road between the historic governorates of Najaf and Qadisiyah; that is, its varied historical and cultural nature is woven with its urban fabric. Besides, the residents enjoy common history, religion, customs and traditions among tribes and clans in threads of kinship and collective patterns that define the space for residential affiliation through collective solidarity. The aim of the research is to reveal the nature of the social and cultural neighborhood relations in the city of Al-Shamiya through a population of 150 individuals from the research community of 1500 in the western military district located on the outskirts of the City of Al-Shamiya. Interviews, observation and informants are the research tools used to collect information related to field work. The research reached a number of conclusions, considering the impact of the virtual world and the Corona pandemic, which have changed the life of the community in question, radically in some aspects, thus changing the intimate relations of neighborliness, permanent communication and exchange of visits. The most important recommendation is the need to take into account the cultural backgrounds of the population by the state before distributing land and residential plots to the new residents.
